The New York-inspired pizza shop is owned and operated by New York native Jeremy Gatto.  The pizzeria’s name is derived from Jeremy’s two children, Luca and Brooklyn.  The logo features his children and bears his wife, Banu’s, handwriting making this pizza shop a family affair.  What makes this Brooklyn-inspired pizza so special…they ferment their dough for 72 hours giving it noticeably better flavor and structure.  Luca’s features classic whole pizza and slice options along with calzones, and fresh salads.          

Luca’s Brooklyn Pizzeria opened its first location in Midtown – Atlanta, in February 2024 in the Politan Row Food Hall at Colony Square. Luca’s Brooklyn Pizzeria opened it’s second location in East – Atlanta, in spring 2024 in the Halidom Food Hall.
